According to a press release, the scholarships form part of a total of 17,000 positions available to member countries of the Ibero-American Programme for Cultural and Creative Industries (PIICC), aimed at students and professionals in the cultural sector.
The announcement was made during the 6th Meeting of the Ibero-American Forum of Deputy Ministers and High Authorities of Culture, held in the context of Rio2C, considered one of the largest gatherings dedicated to creativity and innovation in Latin America.
