Praia City, Jan 20 (Inforpress) – Engineer Mónica Duarte today presented in the city of Praia the real estate project “DuarGema 2026,” a 38-million-dollar investment aimed at promoting sustainable urban development and strengthening ties with the Cape Verdean diaspora.
In statements to the press, the project’s promoter said that the development, already underway in the Cidadela area of Praia, marks the beginning of a “new chapter” in Cabo Verde’s real estate sector, standing out for its institutional approach aligned with national urban planning guidelines.
Mónica Duarte explained that the project, called “Duargema – The House of the Diaspora,” was designed to offer quality of life and security, serving as a strategic vector to attract investors and returning residents.
“The project represents a modern vision of global integration and local development. Its strategic location, advanced infrastructure and architectural concept make it a crucial driver for attracting investors, returning residents and international partners,” said the 34-year-old engineer.
