Pedra Badejo, Apr 3 (Inforpress) - The coordinator of the Naděje Foundation in Cabo Verde today highlighted the success of the first edition of the ‘knowledge and skills in practice’ competition, organised and held by the foundation to promote knowledge.
Speaking to Inforpress, Goeve Sofia Júlia explained that the event was held on Wednesday 2nd in Santa Cruz, involving 150 children from the 1st to the 8th year of compulsory basic education from the three school groups in the municipality of Santa Cruz and at each moment, they were able to see the realisation of each objective initially set.
"More than an educational programme, it was a celebration of the students' talent and potential. We saw the future of education in action, with everyone demonstrating their skills and passion for learning," said the coordinator.
According to the same source, each presentation was a ‘moment of proud and admiration’, with the students surprising those present with their creativity in artistic expression, eloquence, reading and writing, and maths acumen.
