Adventist Church promotes the 2nd Camporee of the First Fogo and Brava Region

Nova Sintra, Feb 05 (Inforpress) – The Seventh-day Adventist Church, through the Youth Ministry of the island of Brava, will hold the opening ceremony of the 2nd Camporee of the First Fogo and Brava Region on February 16, in the area of Cachaço.

The event, scheduled to begin at 9 am, is expected to bring together more than 250 young people from the islands of Fogo and Brava, with the aim of promoting spiritual strengthening, the exchange of experiences and the promotion of Christian values among Adventist youth.

According to the organisation, the initiative will be attended by a delegation from the Youth Ministry of the Association of Seventh-day Adventist Churches in Cabo Verde, as well as church administrative leaders, who will accompany the activities and provide institutional support.

Local authorities have also been invited to attend the opening ceremony, whose presence is considered important for encouraging youth and strengthening cooperation between the Adventist youth community and public institutions.
