Praia, July 10 (Inforpress) – Aldina Brás, an entrepreneur in the vegan-bio sector, a 100% Plant Based (vegetable) micro-enterprise in São Vicente, is offering training and workshops for those who want to adopt the vegan lifestyle and consumption of products in Cabo Verde.
Known as Dinná, the promoter and manager of "Coisinhas Vegan," a pioneering startup in the Cape Verdean market, decided to dedicate herself to plant-based cuisine after developing a chronic gastrointestinal disease. She found that a vegan diet significantly improved her health and quality of life.
Given this health condition, Dinná has been preparing plant-based foods for the local market and conducting training and workshops for people who want to learn more and experience flavors, textures, and combinations discovered in vegan food.
"We are currently preparing a workshop and training session, requested by hotels, since we are a tourist destination and many visitors may be vegan, so it is aimed at any audience in an in-person format," Dinna explained to Inforpress.
