Praia, Jan 28 (Inforpress) – JPAI expressed its full solidarity with Cabo Verdean students “who are in a situation of some distress in Wuhan (China) and urged the Government to do “due monitoring of situation until the situation is normalized”.
The Youth of the African Party of Independence of Cabo Verde (JPAI), in a press release, also Monday urged the Government to proceed with diplomatic efforts to make the “due monitoring” of the disease situation, until there is the restoration of stability.
JPAI appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cabo Verde Embassy in China for attention, so that, if necessary, they take protective measures with Cabo Verdean students.
The vice president of JPAI, Lúcio Fernandes, advised students in China to “scrupulously obey and comply” with guidelines and measures guided by health officials. He expressed his solidarity with the parents and relatives of the Cabo Verdeans young.
