Praia, 06 Sep (Inforpress) – The chief executive of Vinci Airports, Nikolas Notebaert, today reiterated the concessionaire’s commitment to working to contribute to the development of tourism, the Cape Verdean economy and the modernization of airports in Cabo Verde

Nikolas Notebaert, who is president of the board of directors (PCA) of Vinci Concessions, gave this guarantee to the press, at the end of a meeting with the President of the Republic, José Maria Neves, to present his strategic plan and vision for modernization and boosting the country’s airports for the next 40 years

He highlighted that the meeting with the head of state served, among other reasons, to thank, once again, the Cape Verdean authorities for the trust placed in Vinci Airports to manage the network of airports and aerodromes in Cabo Verde, thus contributing to the process and development of the country.

As he recalled, the concessionaire has already paid the first tranche of 35 million euros, in accordance with the concession contract, informing that the second tranche of 45 million euros will be made within a few months.
