Ulisses Correia e Silva argues that young people must adapt to the new era of politics with the entry of social networks

Praia, Sep 6 (Inforpress) – MpD President and Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva defended the need for young people to adapt to the new era of current politics, modified by social networks, where there are spaces for more “demagoguery and populism”.

Ulisses Correia e Silva made this speech this Thursday during his opening speech at the opening of the 3rd University of MpD, which will take place from September 5 to 7, in one of the hotels at Cidade Velha.

As he said, with the entry of facebook, where people can express their ideals, “we need to be able to adapt”, in a space where has changed a lot in relation to politics, especially in the way we communicate.

In this regard, he warned the young people participating in this third edition of the University of MpD, to the great challenges facing this environment, because, in his opinion, there is also greater visibility “to populism, demagogy and irresponsibility”.
