Praia, Nov 9 (Inrorpress) – The consultant of the National Strategic Plan for Sexual and Reproductive Health for 2018/2022 pointed out today the consolidation of indicators and innovation in the health response of adolescents and men as the great novelties of the plan.
Antonieta Martins made this remarks in a statement to Inforpress, on the fringes of the socialization and validation workshop of the National Strategic Plan for Sexual and Reproductive Health for 2018/2022, held in Praia.
According to the specialist in Public Health, after five years, it made sense to introduce innovations, to verify what worked less and to value what worked well, as well as to mirror good practices and adapt the new plan to the current demands.
“In the last five years, many innovations, changes in strategies, care and approach to different aspects of health have arisen, above all because we need to address two important challenges: the issue of cancer and reproductive health of adolescents and special groups,” said.
