Porto Inglês, Sep 17 (Inforpress) – The Sports and Youth Institute will socialize next week the contingency plan with all partners, with a view to reaching an understanding as to the start the 2020/2021 sports season.
The information was gave Wednesday by the president of the Sport and Youth Institute (IDJ), Frederic Mbassa, having stressed that there is work done with health authorities, such as the National Directorate of Health, the National Institute of Public Health and the Public Health Service, National Civil Protection and Fire Department, which has already been validated by health authorities, so the protocol will now be shared.
As he said, during the meeting, which will be held next week, they will share the protocol they want to implement with the different federations, and each will adopt the measures according to their modalities and specificities, and define the best strategies for its implementation, with a view to the start of the sports season.
According to the president of the IDJ, this measure is intended to be a “safe sport”, considering that the health situation in the country is “sensitive”, emphasizing that sport also has its advantages and “allows to reinforce people’s immunity”.
