Praia, Sep 26 (Inforpress) – Seven Cabo Verdean companies will participate in the eleventh edition of the Canagua International Energy Fair in Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands, from October 5 to 8, announced the institution today.
In a statement to Inforpress, the secretary general of the Barlavento Chamber of Commerce / Business Association (CCB / AE), Adriano Cruz, stressed the importance of this fair and said that this event presents itself as an opportunity for Cabo Verdean companies to establish business partnerships.
The majority of the Cabo Verdean companies participating in this fair are linked to water, electricity and renewable energy, said the secretary general of the Barlavento Chamber of Commerce (CCB).
According to Adriano Cruz, participation in this event aims to provide regional associates, professionals and entrepreneurs better technical knowledge related to the present and future of the water and renewable energy sectors.
The Barlavento Chamber of Commerce also intends with this fair to promote its members, professionals and regional entrepreneurs, new ideas and business experiences, new networks of professional and commercial relations, as well as opportunities for joint ventures and attraction of Foreign Direct Investment (IDE).
