Secretary-General of the National Assembly acknowledges that new PCCS “does not meet all employee requirements”

Praia, Dec 10 (Inforpress) – The secretary general of the National Assembly, Marlene Dias, acknowledged Thursday that the new Jobs, Careers and Salaries Plan (PCCS), approved in 2019, does not meet all the requirements of employees, stating that the claims are being resolved.

Marlene Dias was speaking to the press, on the sidelines of the reception ceremony of a delegation made up of members of the National Assembly Services Commission,  Human Resources branch from the Nigerian Parliament, which started this Thursday, a visit to Cabo Verde where, until the next day 13, will be getting to know the parliamentary reality and exchange experiences.

“Our PCCS was recently approved and had a very big impact in financial terms, but we are still unable to satisfy all the demands of the employees”, said the secretary general of the National Assembly.

Still in her statements, Marlene Dias stressed that it is known that there is no PCCS does not have any controversial discussion and is consensual from the beginning to the end.
