Mindelo, Feb 16 (Inforpress) – The Samba Tropical Carnival group presents revelers on Monday night the online transmission of a documentary, which reveals testimonies from Carnival makers to appease their longing for the party.
As the group’s president, David Leite, told Inforpress, the documentary film, called “Samba na Casa”, which will be broadcast directly on the Facebook page of Samba Tropical, will thus serve to appease their longing of carnival and show through testimonials and images everything goes on behind the parades held every year on Mondays of Carnival.
“Usually, people see the parades on the street, but they have no idea of everything is happening or what is behind all the machinery”, said the same source, adding that the ‘making off’ will have about 20 testimonials of Carnival makers.
Among the protagonists, there are the founders of the group, seamstresses, carpenters, artisans, artists and many others, who together, will show the “essence of Carnival”.
