Mindelo, April 20 (Inforpress) – The National Center for Arts, Crafts, and Design (CNAD), in São Vicente, inaugurates today the “Renkontre” exhibition by artist Zurc, at gallery zero.
According to a press release from the center sent to Inforpress, the “Renkontre” exhibition proposes to interpret, deconstruct, and represent the city of Mindelo over time.
“Here, the elements that characterize the city are highlighted in an ambiguous and timeless space,” reads the document, which also adds that “Renkontre invites reflection on the identity of this island people, shaped by Porto Grande and its history.”
The note further states that it is a “port of multiple exchanges,” where “its characters accumulate and lose layers at the rhythm of time.”
