Ribeira Grande, Mar 2 (Inforpress) – The Municipality of Ribeira Grande, Santo Antão, will have, starting this Thursday, another tourist enterprise, budgeted at 80 million CVE and located on the east coast of the island, in the community of Lombo Branco.
Speaking to the press, the managing partner of the venture, João Rego, said that 80 million CVE were invested in the space and it has 17 rooms, 15 of which are made of ecological prefabricated wood and two in the traditional construction of Santo Antão, or i.e. with stone cladding.
According to João Rêgo, the RM Green Hotel has the capacity to receive 46 guests and will employ 22 people with a permanent contract.
“It was a great challenge to carry out this venture and what motivated us to develop this extremely ecological project is that tourists who seek Santo Antão are looking for this type of ecological tourism”, he explained.
