Assomada, April 03 (Inforpress) – The producer and director of the film “The Two Brothers” by Germano Almeida highlighted today that “it was worth” to have bet on the Cabo Verdean actors to interpret this tragic story related to the question of honor, justice and isolation.
Two weeks after the recording began in the village of Chao de Tanque at countryside of the municipality of Santa Catarina (Santiago), the technical team, made up of Portuguese opened the doors to the media scene.
From the book to the movies, the film will tell the story of an emigrant man in Portugal who returns to Cabo Verde, called by his father to be confronted with the betrayal of his wife with his own brother. The story ends with the crime of fratricide.
