Assomada, Jul 16 (Inforpress) – The professionals from several areas in the City Hall of Santa Catarina (Santiago Island) will hold a three-day strike in early August, if the City Hall does not meet their claims by July 26.
The announcement was made Thursday at a press conference in the city of Assomada by the vice president of the Union of Industry, Services, Trade, Agriculture and Fisheries (SISCAP), Francisco Furtado, stating that the strike was scheduled for August 2, 3 and 4.
The decision of the three-day strike came after a meeting held today between SISCAP and the City Hall of Santa Catarina workers, including sanitation professionals, inspectors, technicians, night and day guards, firefighters and operational support personnel.
The trade unionist said that in question are claims related to the workers framework in the Career and Salary Position Plan (PCCS), that is, regularization of pending cases before 2013 and they should be regularized with the publication of the PCCS, and present the union the nominal list of personnel transition to the new PCCS.
