Espargos, May 3 (Inforpress) – The company Airways Aviation will provide an educational offer in thefield of Aeronautics, whose memorandum of understanding was initialed today with the Technical University of the Atlantic (UTA), within the scope of the creation of the Institute of Aeronautics and Tourism, in Sal.
The signing of the memorandum follows an invitation made by the Minister of Tourism and Transport, Carlos Santos, to the CEO of Airways Aviation, Hawatt Romy, for a two-day visit to Cabo Verde with the aim of getting to know the country and discussing with the authorities a possible partnership between the two institutions.
According to the president of the UTA, João do Monte Duarte, this is the first step towards the implementation of different levels of courses related to aeronautics, as the island of Sal will have the Institute of Aeronautics and Tourism, to be installed in the former Hotel Atlântico, in Espargos.
