Santa Cruz, Oct 14 (Inforpress) – Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva said the Rotas da Carne project in the Ribeira Seca area is an “useful investment” for Santa Cruz, which is framed in the requalification of this locality and in economic growth.
Ulisses Correia e Silva made such remarks to the press, on the sidelines of the inauguration of this City Hall of Santa Cruz tourism project, countryside of Santiago, invested in the amount of 8.5 million escudos, which aims to provide tourism in a rural area.
For this ruler, this project is a reference for this municipality. Adding to that activities such as “fairs, good cachupa and selling meat” in a new and equipped space, it should to add quality service to attract people from other municipalities and tourists.
The mayor, Carlos Silva, explained that this project aims to promote gastronomy and traditional music in an open space. And stressed that the Ribeira Seca zone has “great” potentialities in agriculture, livestock and culture.
