Praia, Mar 2 (Inforpress) – The Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva, highlighted Monday what he classifies as the “positive attitude” of young Cabo Verdeans in the face of the opportunities created by the Government, creating their own jobs and jobs for others.
Ulisses Correia e Silva spoke to journalists at the end of a visit this morning to several companies in Praia, led by young people and created within the scope of Pro-Empresa start-ups, with the aim to knowing on the ground the effectiveness of the programs implementation.
“The Government has been complying and young people have been seizeing opportunities. In fact, young people are taking advantage of opportunities in the various areas of training and entrepreneurship,” he said, noting that there is even “good investment” in sectors were not previously covered by funding and are being taken into account today.
“We visited a physiotherapy clinic, now this home nursing service, which demonstrates that sectors were not covered by funding today are being taken into account and take advantage of all the dynamics created. They are young people with training and qualification to provide a good service”, he stated.
