Praia, Apr 20 (Inforpress) – The Camões – Portuguese Cultural Center in Cabo Verde (Praia and Mindelo) promotes a photo contest entitled “Utopias”, as part of the celebrations of the 47th anniversary of April 25, 1974.
According to the head of the Portuguese Cultural Center, Andreia Mendes, the contest is aimed at amateur and professional photographers residing in Cabo Verde during the period of the contest, with Cabo Verdean nationality, or other, without age limit.
The contest “Utopias” is to “give wide to the imagination”, making the image captured report exactly to the “Revolução dos Cravos” of April 25, 1974, the responsible said.
The contest will award the first, second and third places with 25.000 escudos, 15.000 escudos and 10.000 escudos, respectively.
