NOSiAkademia and Bravantic reinforce cooperation with emphasis on qualified youth employability

Praia, 16 May (Inforpress) – The Operational Nucleus of the Information Society (NOSi) signed this Tuesday, 16 May, at the premises of NOSiAkademia, a memorandum of understanding with Bravantic, aiming at the promotion of qualified employability.

The protocol initialled by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NOSi, Carlos Tavares Pina, and by the representative of Bravantic, António Victor Coelho da Costa, seeks the recognition of digital training and the empowerment of human resources as relevant within the scope of the companies’ activities within the communities and for the reduction of the youth unemployment rate in the country

“NOSi has an increased responsibility in digital governance, but within the institution’s strategy and restructuring, focusing on infrastructure, security, resilience, architecture, but with great emphasis on talent”, he said, stressing that the NOSiAkademia vehicle has given this response in articulation with the academies and universities, attracting talents to later put them to work in Cabo Verde and in the world.

In view of this NOSi mission, Carlos Tavares Pina stressed that with the protocol now signed, the company responds to a new model in which, in partnership, young people are formed who will create their centers to provide digital service from Cabo Verde.
