Assomada, Aug 12 (Inforpress) – Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva said his government is focused on providing sustainable solutions in education, training and employment, so he appealed to young people to take advantage of these opportunities, contributing to country’s development.
Ulisses Correia e Silva made these remarks by presiding this Sunday, on the pedestrian street of the city of Assomada, in the countryside of Santiago, at the closing ceremony of the International Youth Day celebrations, which today is attended by hundreds of young people from various points of the island.
For this year, ‘konfiansa in my country ”(trust in my country) was the chosen theme that, according to the same source, for development it’s need to be ‘strong and confident’. So he asked the young people to count on his government that it is working to make the present better and the future even better.
”We are confident that the path we are taking along with all the mayors is a sure way to make investment that makes young people proud”, he said.
