Assomada, Jan 30 (Inforpress) – The six health stations that make up the North Santiago Sanitary Region received from the Santa Rita Vieira Regional Hospital (HRSRV) donations composed of several materials, equipment and hospital consumables.
According to the delegate of Health of Tarrafal, Marina de Oliveira, the materials, now delivered, are “extremely important”, since they will help these structures to improve the quality of Health that they provide to users.
She also believes that the donations will help to “humanize” health services, that they will allow them to do “more human and better quality” work, considering that, at the time of illness, people are “fragile”.
For Marina de Oliveira, bearing in mind that the districts of the six municipalities of Santiago Norte (Santa Catarina, São Salvador do Mundo, São Lourenço dos Órgãos, Santa cruz, São Miguel and Tarrafal) are the first to receive patients, affirms that these donations will allow the primary care to be done before the patients are referred to the HRSRV, in Santiago Norte.
