Praia, April 26 (Inforpress) – The director of the Climate Action and Environmental Sanitation Department of the National Environment Directorate, Florisvindo Furtado, said today that noise pollution is one of the ‘main concerns’ in Cabo Verde in terms of environmental sanitation.
This information was provided to the press by Florisvindo Furtado, prior to the opening of the workshop on ‘Noise Pollution – Health Effects, Prevention and Control Measures’, as part of the celebration of the International Day of Awareness on Noise Pollution promoted by the National Environment Directorate.
