Praia, Dec 10 (Inforpress) – A delegation made up of members from the National Assembly Services Commission,  Human Resources branch from the Nigerian Parliament started a mission to Cabo Verde this Thursday to learn about the national parliamentary reality and share its experiences.

The approximately 20 members made up delegation, who will be in Praia until the December 13, were received by the secretary general of the National Assembly of Cabo Verde, Marlene Dias.

“Nigeria has a very large parliament, an extensive administration, which is complex because of its size. We, our Assembly, have a much smaller dimension, but with some experience in the administrative area, the experience they want to know”, Marlene Dias explained to journalists.

Citing the well-known phrase “experience is gained only when shared”, the secretary general of AN of Cabo Verde said that on her part there is also “sufficient openness” to understand how the Nigerian parliament works and also pass on the experience of the archipelago.
