New writers talents can submit applications for the 4th edition of the UCCLA Literary Prize 

Praia, Nov 12 (Inforpress) – New writers talents can already apply for the fourth edition of the UCCLA Literature Prize – New Talents, New Works in Portuguese Language, an initiative of the Union of Portuguese Capitals Cities (UCCLA).

According to the regulations of the competition, signed by UCCLA Secretary-General Victor Ramalho, which Inforpress had access today, this prize aims to stimulate the production of literary works in the fields of prose fiction (novel, short stories and  story) and poetry, in Portuguese language, by new writers talents.

Persons aged no less than 16 years old, of any nationality and fluent in the Portuguese language, must submit their application by January 31, 2019, by email, to the address

According to the regulation, as the objective is the publication of the work in the lusophone space, for editorial reasons the works must have a minimum of 50 pages.
