Praia, 29 May (Inforpress) – The spokesperson of the 13th Convention of the Movement for Democracy (MpD), Vanusa Barbosa said that the Strategy Motion unanimously approved this Saturday will open more spaces for youths and women in political life.
Vanusa Barbosa made this statement to the press, at the closing act of the XIII MpD Convention, which, as she said, brought “enough subsidies” so that the party continues to follow what has already been outlined, with an MpD “openner to society and closer to the militants” and getting stronger.
According to this spokesperson, the guidelines presented in this Strategy Motion have to do with the participation of young people and women in political life, opening spaces so that “we have more and more young people and women” participating in politics.
The Strategy Motion also indicates that the participation of the diaspora in the development of Cabo Verde is also important.
