Praia, Feb 19 (Inforpress) – More than 3.000 customers have already subscribed to the social tariff, debt relief and electricity reconnection, said the head of the Accountancy and Billing Management Department at Electricity and Water Company, SA. (ELECTRA).
Speaking to the press on Thursday, on the sidelines of the Minister of Family and Social Inclusion visit to the service station of Electra S.A for customers of the Single Social Register, Paulo Landim said that the desk has been operating since last Thursday.
Since then, more than three thousand customers have joined the said desk, of which 2.843 are related to Electra Sul and 963 are from Electra Norte.
On the other hand, referring to the electricity meter laboratory and the Measurement Control Center, also visited, Paulo Landim said they will make it possible to better assess the fidelity of the metering system, namely the meter.
In addition, these services also allow checking if the meters are within the norm or counting standard, checking the degree of error each one can have, being tested before being installed, explained the person in charge.
