Praia, Mar 28 (Inforpress) – The brothers and musicians Mário Lúcio and Princezito paid tribute on Saturday to Cabo Verdean women with a musical show to take place at the National Assembly at 9PM.
The second edition of the “Mano a Mano” concert, which is dedicated to women, will be, according to one of the brothers in statements to Inforpress, a moment of emotions as they want to pass on to the public, through their songs, their sorrows and joys.
The show, which takes place on the eve of Cabo Verdean Women’s Day, March 27, also aims to convey a messages of solidarity and hope to women, since the “Mano a Mano” stated to be what they are today because of the women who raised them, the grandmother, the aunts, the neighbors and others, since their mother’s death.
After this show the “Mano a Mano” has scheduled concerts in Mindelo, in the Sal Island, in Lisbon, other countries of Europe and the United States of America.
