Praia, May 29 (Inforpress) – The former president of the Republic of Cabo Verde, Jorge Carlos Fonseca, said today that he will lead, with optimism, the ECOWAS mission to observe the legislative elections in Guinea-Bissau scheduled for next Sunday, June 4th.
