Praia, Jan 6 (Inforpress) – The Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva, said Tuesday, in the city of Praia, the Government is “satisfied” with the youth employability and professional training results.
Speaking to the press, before an Open Conversation with young graduates and entrepreneurs from the Center for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance (CERMI), Ulisses Correia e Silva recalled that the employability rate reaches 84 percent (%), according to training levels.
The Head of Government pointed out that this result is due to the increase, “significantly”, of subsidized actions, the demand for training and a good response in accessing the labour market “in terms of professional training, professional internships and young entrepreneurs”.
According to the Chief Executive, Cabo Verdeans young are also being trained to work abroad, pointing out that there are Cabo Verdeans young who have participated in high-level conferences including Web Summit and other international meetings in the field of technologies information and communication.
