Praia, Aug 14 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verdean Football Federation (FCF) will meet at its headquarters in Praia this week at an extraordinary general meeting convened by regional associations to analyze the moment is experiencing the national football.
The general assembly board responds to the request of nine of the 11 affiliated regional associations which according to FCF’s statutes requested this assembly, in a troubled moment is experiencing the Cabo Verdian football, specially on the issue about the Final of the Cabo Verde Men’s Senior Championship that remains in a long stalemate.
According to Inforpress findings, when scheduling the extraordinary general meeting for the 19th, the general assembly board complied with the deadline of at least five days and a maximum of 15 days for its materialization.
The associations, mandated by the teams, want “a decision-making process based on the conclusions reached” and “still analyze the whole situation of the national football and the FCF’s management action” in order to reach the best route for Cabo Verdean football “.
