São Filipe, Oct 25 (Inforpress) – The meeting room / library of the Fogo / Brava regional hospital, São Francisco de Assis, to be inaugurated Tuesday, 30, will receive the name of the nurse Mário César, in recognition of the contribution to the health sector.
The director of the São Francisco de Assis regional hospital, Evandro Monteiro, told Inforpress that the meeting room has been remodeled and restored into a space for reflection (meeting), but also has a library to encourage research, stressing that the allocation of the name of the nurse Mário César is a way to honor him and to recognize his dedication to the cause of health for more than three decades.
The inauguration of the space takes place next Tuesday with the presence of the nurse Mário César, a figure “very well known” in the Fogo Island not only by his “commitment”, willingness to attend and help patients”, but also for the dedication to cause of nursing for several years.
The library, he explained, will have technical books but also computer equipment that will allow hospital technicians to research and research in existing digital libraries, but will also be a space for scientific sessions, as the hospital’s management intends to promote more exchanges with national and international technicians, with the aim of assisting in the whole process of training and continuous training.
