Santo Antão: Ministry of Education with workshop to exchange experiences between teachers of Art Education

Ribeira Grande, Apr 3 (Inforpress) - The delegation of the Ministry of Education in Ribeira Grande, Santo Antão, is promoting a workshop with the aim of fostering the exchange of experiences between Art Education teachers from the municipalities of Ribeira Grande and Paul.

Speaking to the press, the Ministry of Education delegate in Ribeira Grande, Elisabete Santos, explained that the three-day workshop represents a "unique opportunity" for teachers to review educational programmes and share pedagogical practices.

‘During these days, we will analyse the Art Education guides that were introduced a few years ago and discuss strategies to improve the way we teach students to express themselves through art,’ she explained.

According to the same source, the event includes both theory and practical activities, with the development of work units that integrate music, plastic expression and drama.
