Parliament: First session of June marks debate with vice prime minister

Praia, 09 Jun (Inforpress) - Olavo Correia, the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Digital Economy, will be debating with members of parliament during the ordinary session of the National Assembly, which starts on Wednesday 11 and runs until Friday 13.

According to the agenda distributed by the National Assembly, the session will also include questions from MPs to the government and the approval of a bill.

These include the first amendment to the Organic Law of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, another amendment to the Civil Code regarding the legal regime of horizontal property, the second amendment to the Notary Code, the third amendment to the Land Registry Code and the second amendment to the legal regime of urban planning operations.

Similarly, the deputies are going to continue the special discussion of the bill that makes the second amendment to the Organic Law of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the one that regulates the organisation, composition, competence and functioning of the Judicial Inspection Service, and approves the statute of its staff.
