Government allocates funds for Campus de Justiça, Dialysis hospital in Praia and primary school in Palmeira

Mindelo, May 29 (Inforpress) - The government has authorized expenditure to rehabilitate the Justice Campus and build judicial infrastructure, to build a school in Palmeira, Sal, and to buy consumables for the dialysis service at the hospital in Praia.

These expenses were authorized in several resolutions published today in the Official Gazette.

Through resolution no. 39/2025, the Ministry of Justice was authorized to spend 700 million escudos on the rehabilitation project for the Justice Campus and on the construction projects for the Porto Novo Palace of Justice, the Sal Palace of Justice, the Maio Palace of Justice and the São Miguel Palace of Justice.

The government also authorized the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing, through resolution no. 43/2025, to sign the contract for the construction of the Palmeira elementary school, in the amount of 78,149,312 escudos.
