Cabo Verde Sends Youth Delegation to 4th Edition of African Youth Games in Angola

Praia, Nov 04 (Inforpress) – Cabo Verde will participate in the 2025 African Youth Games in Luanda and Bengo (Angola) with a 30-member youth delegation from 10 to 20 December.

Mission chief Mitza Sousa announced that the delegation includes athletes, coaches and officials, with 19 young participants from across the country.

“We are here to announce that Cabo Verde will take to Angola a young, talented and committed delegation, ready to represent the nation with dignity, focus and excellence,” said Sousa, noting that the participation strengthens youth sports development and opens doors for future international competitions.

Athletes aged 14 to 16 will represent the islands of Santo Antão, São Vicente, Sal, Boa Vista, Santiago, Maio and Fogo.
