São Miguel and Amadora strengthen cooperation with focus on concrete projects

Calheta, Apr 27 (Inforpress) – Institutional cooperation between the municipalities of São Miguel and Amadora was strengthened today following the official visit of the Mayor of Amadora, Portugal, which included technical meetings and monitoring of ongoing joint projects.

The visit is part of the existing partnership between the two municipalities, focused on evaluating ongoing initiatives and identifying new areas of collaboration.

Speaking to the press, the Mayor of São Miguel, Herménio Fernandes, highlighted the continuity of the cooperation, in place for about seven years, emphasizing results achieved across several sectors.

According to the mayor, joint projects have contributed to improvements in local communities, particularly in social and sports infrastructure already in operation.
