São Nicolau: Águas de São Nicolau launches institutional portal to strengthen proximity with citizens

Ribeira Brava, Apr 21 (Inforpress) – The intermunicipal public company Águas de São Nicolau (AdSN) launched today its new institutional portal, a digital platform designed to enhance transparency, modernize services and bring the institution closer to the island’s citizens.

According to a note sent to Inforpress, the website represents a concrete step in the digitalization of water supply services, allowing users to easily and quickly access information on tariffs, water quality, institutional news, customer area and direct contacts with the company.

The site, the same source indicated, was developed with a focus on user experience, featuring intuitive navigation, modern design and updated content, and can be accessed from different devices such as computers, tablets or mobile phones.

AdSN highlights that the launch of the website is part of a broader modernization strategy, which includes investments in improving distribution networks, reducing water losses and the progressive integration of renewable energy into the system.
