Football: Dragon Force coordinator defends new training methodology and emphasizes human values ​​for young athletes

Praia, April 1 (Inforpress) – Dragon Force's international technical coordinator, Emanuel Cardoso, highlighted today in Praia the need to instill a solid training methodology and human values ​​in young Cape Verdean footballers to enhance local talent.

Speaking to Inforpress during the first edition of the “Talent Hunt” project, which runs from 1 to 3 April, the organiser explained that the initiative – the result of a partnership between EFAT and Futebol Clube do Porto – aims to identify young people with a passion for the sport and provide them with training under the auspices of the Portuguese club.

According to Emanuel Cardoso, the priority is to transmit FC Porto's way of working, helping athletes to evolve technically and, mainly, in terms of mentality and behavior.

“We want them to grow within this methodology so that, in the future, they can have the opportunity to join our teams,” he stated.
