First Lady participates in the Global Summit “Fostering the Future Together” in the United States

City of Praia, Mar 23 (Inforpress) - The First Lady of Cabo Verde, Débora Carvalho, will participate on the 24th and 25th of this month in Washington, United States, in the Global Coalition Summit “Fostering the Future Together”, at the invitation of her counterpart, Melania Trump.

The information was disclosed in a press release, according to which this international initiative brings together first ladies and representatives from various countries in a joint effort to promote children's well-being.

This is with a particular focus on building a safer, more inclusive digital environment that fosters opportunities for future generations.

During the summit, Débora Carvalho is expected to participate in a working session dedicated to first ladies, where she will have the opportunity to share Cabo Verde’s vision and commitment to promoting the rights, protection, and holistic development of children in the digital era.
