Santiago: Tarrafal hosts launch of tourism development integrating hotel and serviced residences

Tarrafal, Jan 15 (Inforpress) – Tarrafal hosted the laying of the foundation stone of the tourism development Charme Stephanie – Oceânica 10, a private initiative aimed at strengthening the local tourism offer, increasing hotel capacity and contributing to the economic and social development of the municipality.

Promoted by the Oceânica Group, the project, launched on Wednesday the 14th, consists of an integrated complex of a hotel and serviced residences, fully incorporated into an international hotel management system.

According to Oceânica’s representative, Chady Hojeige, the development will include around 200 units, comprising hotel rooms and studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, all operating under the same tourism concept.

In addition to accommodation, the project includes commercial spaces, restaurants, a conference hall, cinema screening facilities and a nightclub, addressing the municipality’s need to increase the number of rooms and diversify its tourism offer.
