Executive coach says implementing workplace wellbeing strategies is key to productivity

Praia City, 20 Nov (Inforpress) – Executive coach and vice-president of “Workplace Wellbeing” Cabo Verde, Abdel Camará, emphasized today that implementing workplace wellbeing strategies is essential for greater productivity and profitability across multiple organizational levels.

Speaking at the opening of the third edition of the Workplace Wellbeing Cabo Verde Summit 2025 under the theme “caring for those who care,” he noted that such initiatives not only make companies “more productive and better,” but also contribute to building a “more conscious and cohesive” society.

He added that promoting workplace wellbeing requires placing people at the center of any organization, as such strategies generate multiple benefits, including improved individual and team performance and better organizational climate.

“It is not only about feeling well; if I want my company to achieve higher productivity and profitability at various levels, I must understand that it is people who will make that happen,” he stressed.
