Praia, Sep 26th (Inforpress) – The president of the Acarinhar Association said today that Emprofac’s support, totalling 30,000 escudos a month, will strengthen the association’s competence in terms of human resources, which requires trained and available people.
Teresa Mascarenhas made this statement at the protocol signing ceremony between the Association of Families and Friends of Children with Cerebral Palsy (Acarinhar) and the Import, Storage, Commercialization and Distribution of Medicines and Pharmaceutical Products Company (Emprofac), at the headquarters of this company, in Tira Chapéu, in the city of Praia.
“This monetary support that Emprofac will provide will allow us to strengthen our expertise, especially in terms of human resources,” said Teresa Mascarenhas, pointing out that children with cerebral palsy require people who are trained and available to work with them.
She also emphasised that with this collaboration “Acarinhar” will reinforce its technical competence in terms of welcoming a group of young people who live in very difficult situations, that is, almost homeless because their mother goes to work and they stay on the street and at home alone.
