Cidade da Praia, 12 May (Inforpress) – The Achada Grande Trás Football School (EFAT) today presented the project for the construction of its head office, to be built in this neighbourhood, a project valued in its totality at about 27 million escudos.
The building is designed to contain two floors in an area of 397 square meters each, comprising on the ground floor an auditorium, a day center for the elderly, a bathroom and a commercial space, while on the first floor will have a meeting room, a management room, an “open space” for “co-working”, two bathrooms, five rooms for different uses and a pantry.
The total value of the construction of the building, according to Inforpress, is estimated at 26,964,521 Cape Verdean escudos, with 13,336,278 ECV for the ground floor, 10,663,491 ECV for the first floor and 2,964,752 ECV for coverage.
The construction, according to the chairman of the EFAT board, Edmilson Garcia, will be carried out in three phases, of which the first is estimated at 10,000,000 ECV, destined for the foundation and concreting of the ground floor and finishing of a room to allow the minimum functioning of the administrative services of this community.
