Praia, Sep 23 (Inforpress) – The Christian Education School of the Diocese of Santiago is carrying out a biblical journey on 25th and 26th with the aim of contributing to the development of the various forms of the Bible’s presence in the church’s evangelizing action.
According to the school’s principal, Father José Eduardo Afonso, the meeting, which already has the registration of about 270 people, also aims to create biblical approaches in the different forms of communication and facilitate the creative and transformative dialogue between the word, the person and the communities.
The activity, according to the same source, is framed in the schools activities plan and also in the framework of the celebrations of the month of the Bible which is being celebrated for the first time by the Diocese of Santiago.
“Usually in the month of the Bible what is proposed is to take a Letter or take a Book of the Bible and study. This year then every debate, every study, the deepening in the month of the Bible will be on the Letter to the Galatians. We propose not only to read it but also to study it more in depth,” he said
