Praia, Jul 1 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verde Post Office has been recognized internationally by the Universal Postal Union (UPU), through the SEM Cooperative as an example of world excellence in the quality of online customer service.
According to information provided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Isidoro Gomes, the company will receive the award in the category SEM Cooperative Customer Care Award 2021, in an event to be held this year.
For Isidoro Gomes this recognition represents an “additional motivation” to the Post Office continue with its strong commitment to the quality of the services it provides to its customers, as the central component of its actions.
“This has to do with investments in human resources, the qualification of our staff, the renewal of the image and implementation of new concepts, new tools to allow the customer to have other experiences with the Post Office, new digital channels, updating of our product portfolio and service offers”, he said.
