Praia, July 3 (Inforpress) – Security, stability and confidence are some of the specific characteristics and fundamental that Cabo Verde must position itself and affirm itself in the world, defended today at Praia city the Prime-Minister, Ulisses Correia Silva.
The idea was defended by the head of the Executive in statements to reporters after making his speech behind closed doors on the second and last day of the Heads of Diplomatic Mission and Consular Posts Meeting, stressing that the country should be guided by the characteristics that only it has.
“We must be able to distinguish ourselves by what we are and what we stand for. Security, stability and trust are the thresholds that, in fact, make a distinction in today’s world,” he stressed.
For the Prime minister, a country with more than five centuries of existence, “stable, with low political and social risks, has to be affirmed by the trust in relations with investors and partners, that is, to organize the entire principle of its foreign policy on this basis.
