Praia, Feb 26 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verdean Olympic Committee and the Cabo Verdean Basketball Federation joined the voice of the players and the entire Nation, proud of the unprecedented qualification of Cabo Verde, this Sunday, in Angola, for the FIBA World Championship.
In its first public reaction, the national federation of the sport, led by Mário Correia, stressed, “Cape Verde engraves its name in the history of African basketball by qualifying for its first World Cup”.
